Witchford Village College has been offering a comprehensive programme of adult learning for many years.
This year we are very excited about our new prospectus for the new academic year commencing September 2017. We have many new courses on offer and if you live in the local area our new prospectus will be delivered to you in early July 2017.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding our adult learning programme or a course in particular.
We do ask that you send in payment before the course commences as this will guarantee your place on the chosen course. Some courses do have a tendency to get booked up quickly. You will not be able to attend the course if we have not received payment.
Also, if you are a tutor and you feel you have a course suitable for us to offer we would love to hear from you.
We have made arrangements to ensure that you are safe in this centre. If you feel you are not safe for any reason, for example through verbal or physical abuse or you have been discriminated against; tell your tutor or the centre manager. We will investigate to ensure your safety.
WVC are fully committed to our Equality of Opportunity policy and welcome enrolments from everyone. We positively encourage all learners with any concerns about specific needs which might affect their learning to discuss their requirements with us in confidence. We believe that everyone is entitled to learn in an environment that is free from discriminatory behaviour so that we build a community based on mutual trust and respect. We will ensure that resources and equipment are accessible to all and make reasonable adjustments to ensure that all learners can access activities.
Careers support is available to all learners. The National Careers Service provides advice on all aspects of learning and work. Please book a careers advice session on 08456 031059
